Almost 300 stray, and homeless cats and dogs annually is placed by the refuge.
Our goal will be to support military lifestyle and the military member by facilitating the hardship related to euthanizing or left your family pet, a treasured member of the family. Permanent Change of Station to places that are specific causes it to be impossible or unfeasible, oftentimes, for military families to continue care and possession of the family pet. We additionally support Department of Defense civilians, retired military members, and civilians that are local as needed.

We receive no financial support from your authorities, running entirely on adoption fees, grants, gifts, fundraisers, and the Combined Federal Campaign contributions.

All Pet Welfare staff members are dedicated, hardworking volunteers giving their time to make life safer and better for all our critters. We now have no paid staff and all money goes toward upkeep and the well-being of our shelter animals.
